Automatically generated notifications will be sent out to key personnel within your organisation by e-mail, SMS text or recorded telephone message to alert them when in-house attention is needed.

However the call is dealt with, detailed records will be kept by our secure tracking system which you and selected staff will have access to. Numerous graphical and tabular reports accessible online through our secure customer service centre will allow you to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of all aspects of the service.
