Additional Terms for Domain Name Registrations
These terms apply to registration, DNS hosting, maintenance and
renewals of domain names. Please read them carefully and note that in most
cases you will also be bound by further terms and conditions of the registering
authority.
You should be aware that the domain name system works on a first come first
served basis. If a domain name appears to be available for registration
Sabrefin will use all reasonable endeavours to register that name on your
behalf and notify you of the outcome, but we give no guarantee of success.
Refunds cannot be given and orders may not be cancelled once a request has been
made to the relevant registry to reserve a domain name.
For as long as Sabrefin manage the domain name on your behalf, Sabrefin Solutions'
DNS servers, Technical Contact and Billing Contact must be listed in the
relevant parts of the registration record held by the registering authority. If
this information is not present in the registration record, Sabrefin will be
under no obligation to notify you of any impending renewal date, expiry date or
cancellation date.
Sabrefin will notify you by the e-mail address or telephone number most
recently supplied to us of any renewal notices we receive, but if you fail to
respond and/or fail to pay for domain name renewals your domain name may expire
and you may ultimately lost any rights to your domain name. Sabrefin accepts
no liability for any loss or damages if this occurs.
If a domain name is released from our control or if DNS server records are
modified, websites hosted for those domain names may become inaccessible,
e-mail forwarding will cease and e-mails may be lost.
When registering a domain name, you must supply accurate and reliable contact
details including your name, the name of your company (where applicable),
address, e-mail, telephone, fax, and you must notify Sabrefin of any changes
to these details as soon as reasonably possible.
You agree to be bound by all present and future terms and conditions of the
relevant registration authority for the Top Level Domain under which your
domain name is registered. You further acknowledge that any disputes are
subject to the applicable dispute resolution policy then in force.
